Way too much lemon and runny - ew! I had to throw it out...

Very tasty Ceasar recipe. As a variation, you can add a tablespoon of mayo to make it a little creamy. I've also made it with and without anchovies, and its great either way. Enjoy this real Ceasar dressing. Can also add a little radiccio to the ramaine lettuce to add a little zing!

I've used this recipe many times, but I always cut way back on the lemon juice. I never use more than 1/2 a lemon, usually less. This is really good and I haven't found one better in the past year. It's not the usual creamy dressing - this is the real deal!

Frankly, I adore Mr. Lagasse's recipes. They are always full of great ingredients, loads of flavour, and always have a twist of some sort from the norm. This Caesar dressing however was the complete opposite. Very runny, almost a sauce, bland (even after a healthy dose of S&P, and really disappointing. I have also made Ina Garten's version of Ceasar dressing. Please, do yourself a favour and use her's instead.

Emeril, I'm sure you will redeem yourself with your next recipe!

I followed the directions, however I did not use the raw egg yolks. I thought it was good, but a little too lemony with the 2 lemons... Could have been bc I didn't use the yolks though? Would try again but next time I would use 1 lemon instead of two.

I made this for my very picky husband and he declared that it was the best Caesar Slad he has every had.

It is EASY to make and is really a WOW dish! All my friends now ask me to bring it to their parties!

This was a great recipe, but I had more dressing than I needed for a side dish for 5 people. Next time I will reduce the recipe quantity.

I shall NEVER order a caesar salad out again! The homemade croutons make the taste spectacular! I backed off just a tad on the mustard.
