    Recipe was great & very simple to make. It tasted really good with little effort, everybody loved it!

    Wow, my husband and I made this together...you see I am a Personal Chef but my husband loves to cook as well...We made this and I should have made it our main and only coarse....

    Emeril my friend, had the pleasure of test driving this last weekend with some fellow Canadian ex-pats. The only variation was the addition of home made croutons (baked with butter, olive oil, parsmesan cheeseand shaved parmesan on top. Rave reviews, a proud moment and all thanks to your recipe.
