You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1/8 wedge lime
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 1/2 ounces cachaca, or light rum
  • Ice

Directions

Place the lime and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Using the handle of a heavy wooden spoon, crush and mash the lime segment into the sugar. Add the cachaca or rum, and stir. Add ice as desired, stir, and serve.

    Watched the show. Wife acquired the alcohol. Made the drink. Drank the drink. Watched the show again. Made the drink again. Watched the show again (aint TiVo great, the extra splash on top of the ice is key. Watch Emeril closly. Made the drink again. Etc.
