prepair items ahead of time and this dish flows from pot to bowl. this dish has everything, meat, veggies, flavor, heat, and a smile on everybodys face. this dish leaves a wonderful aroma in you house after cooking it, if you're not hungry when you walk in, you will be. great recipe!

I added even more bell pepper and garlic. Be sure to use a low starch rice or the sauce gets a bit thick.

As a single dad, small biz owner, time is of the "essence". This was easy and very good. My teen liked it!! Although, I did heat it up a tad too much with the hot sauce. Will keep it in the mix from now on.

My husband loved this recipe. It was a bit too spicy for me, but next time I'm going to tone it down a little. Great flavors!! I even used brown rice, and it was fantastic!

I've never made jambalaya before, and it was great! The prep took me a little while, but actually making the dish was easy. I had about double the shrimp and sausage, but it still was great. I love spicy food and this was just right for me. The true test was when my husband agreed this was a keeper.
