There was no proper research done on this recipe, giving international viewers the wrong idea of what callaloo really is. We,as caribbean people fully well know exactly why we use all the ingedients, contrary to your comments.

This is not how Callaloo should be made. More ochros needed and it should be swizzled, with an old fashion swizzler. Come to Trini and you'll get the real, raw deal.

Agree needed more ochrOs. But true callaloo is not really blended avtually supposed to be swizzled ,with those swizzle sticks, add some pieces of crab. Overall decent effort though, go to Trinidad and Tobago and get the real deal.

This would have been much better if there was three times more ochras and when the callaloo was done, it should have been blended.
