    When I first saw Emeril prepare this dessert, I thought to myself..."that has to be one of the easiest desserts I've ever seen." I was right. It took me about 5 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes for clean up. I highly recommend this easy dessert that kids will love you for.

    Great recipe! Chewy and crunchy. I didn't have any snickers bars so added salted peanuts with the walnuts. Also added a pinch of salt to the caramel sauce. I served the warm brownie on a plate, drizzled with the caramel sauce, and a scoop or two of Snicker's Bar ice cream on the side.

    quick and easy to make, kids just love this in their lunch or after school, even my co-workers loved it and is now a favorite for buffets.
