Because someone had mentioned that her sticks came out (and also because this has happened to me in past, I used a measuring cup to pour on the chocolate sauces and then just dipped the bottoms a little and that worked fine. Also the recipe didn't go into much detail about the sauces; I kind of winged it and the caramel was sticky even when cold. lol I probably need to remake these to get it right but they did taste just fine.

I'm usually good about recipes but I messed this one up. The chocolates were too thick to dip. I thinned with cream (might not have been good decision and then they didn't set up. I know it was me, just couldn't do it right. And my sticks kept coming out!
They did taste good just messy.

I made these apples the other day and they turned out good, but they did need more than 2c. each of all the chocolates and I used smaller apples.Next time I would put the white choc. in the middle layer because otherwise the previous choc starts to melt and turns the white choc brown. They still were great though.
