as written this would be a salty disaster! i took a posters advice about the salt and only used 1 tbsp instead of 3 and it was still VERY salty. i could brush some off, and it tasted great then...but as written it's waaaay to salty. i love salt too, but this is just too much.

Just made this for the first time, and thought that 3 TBS. of Kosher salt seemed too much. I reduced it to 2 TBS, and now feel that 1 TBS. would have beem PLENTY! Otherwise, the bread was easy to make and quite good.
