This bread turned out really yummy, but it baked up more like biscuits than foccaccia, and consequently the middle under the tomatoes is a little bit soggy. Maybe I should have squashed the rounds flatter. Also, the recipe doesn't indicate what to do with the tablespoon of salt on the ingredients list, but I just tossed it in with everything else. This is my first homemade bread, and it is pretty darn good!

I loved the tasty crust with onions and rosemary. The cheese flavors were good, as well. Unfortunately, my kids didn't like it because the cheese was too strong for their fussy tastes. When I make it again, I will use milder cheese.
Also, I found that 3 cups of flour was not enough. I used at least 4.5 cups, if not 5.

My mom and daughter won't stop asking me to make this bread again. I generally don't care for Emeril recipes, but this bread recipe changed my thoughts!

I really liked this bread. It had a great flavor. Personally I think I might like it better without the tomatoes and cheese. To each his own...

The bread that I made was good, and my family loved it too. The flavor in the bread is good with the rosemary mix. It's a good alternate to pizza.

This is a fantastic bread. It has 3 of my favorite things to eat in one easy recipe.
