I've lived in the Bahamas for 20 years, I've had plenty Oxtail, made it many times, and this is a true to Island recipe!

I didnt change any ingredients.. it was so very tasty and the meat so soft.. delicious, will make again and probably add some potatoes

Emril! You kicked this receipe up 5 nothches! This was my first time trying an oxtail recipe. It was easy to follow, direct the ingredients were easy to follow and the end result was the party topper. I felt like I was in the carribean when I was eating this meal. I accented the oxtail with coconut beans and rice which was perfect.
