    WOW, WHAT A DISH! So yummy on a cold December day. I used duck, lamb, & sausage then pressure cooked the beans with the duck legs and bacon chunks inside.

    Comming from a French family its important to me to have french cuisine once in awhile so deciding to use all French foods for Easter I wanted to cook my cassoulet..This was one of the best & very close to my own..Thank you Emeril! Happy Easter!
