Easy and delicious! The fish cooks quickly, the sauce is easy to prepare (though you can easily use less than an entire stick of butter, and the nuts add an interesting texture. I will definitely make this again.

This was a good healthier alternative to deep fried catfish which I was looking for. The best recipe however is Paul Prudhumme's fried Fish with Pecan Butter Sauce and Meuniere Sauce. It's more work but the Meuniere sauce is very rich and flavorful, using soup stock, garlic, butter, flower, Worcestershire sauce. The best fish dish I've ever tasted. Next time I'll use that sauce recipe instead.

Absolutely delicious. We love catfish and grew up eating it regularly, and this recipe might be my favorite. It's fabulous.

Tasty? Yes, and did I say YES!? Farm raised catfish, to me, are a great fish. They're firm, clean and so adaptable. I mean, many of use do NOT have access to sole, so Emeril's catfish meuniere is absolutely delicious! My wife and I were doing that thing where your mouth is closed, eating, but your eyes are wide open in amazement. Folks, I mean, what have you got to lose. Make this, and you will be wide-eyed and chewing away too!

Wow...it's that good. I wanted an alternative to frying catfish and stumbled across this recipe, and the rest is history. I'm hooked! (Pun intended It was super easy, and I had most of the ingredients on hand. I would also recommend cutting back on the butter (I used about 1/3 c.. Perfect dish if you love tangy flavors like piccatta (sp?.

THIS TURNED OUR REALLY GOOD. THE SAUCE IS A LITTLE TART BUT VERY GOOD. THIS IS A MUCH HEALTHIER WAY TO COOK CATFISH RATHER THAN FRYING. I WOULD MAKE THIS AGAIN.

This was sooo delicious and easy to make! I followed the recipe without adding, deleting or changing any amounts of the ingredients. I didn't have my lemon juice ready and available or the parsley pre-cut so as a result I burned the walnuts a little bit. This is definately an impressive dinner. I would be proud to serve it to dinner guests.

This recipe makes a great presentation yet is quick easy to prepare. As said in another review, the sauce can be a little tart and not that good if you just taste it alone. But once it's on the fish it is fantastic. I served the catfish with roasted corn grits and a salad. As a New Orleans native, I found this catfish dish simply delicious!
