    Excellent, and perfect for entertaining since most of the work can be done ahead of time. The flavor from cooking on the cedar planks is incredible and really complements the salmon.

    I keep making this over and over. I just found a recipe for a wasabi sauce that I think will make a nice addition.

    My husband and I entertain often and look for recipes that can be prepared ahead of time.
    It's great to have a dish that is prepared in advance and has such a short cooking time that everything is prepared front of your guests. Part of the enjoyment is you're relaxed and your guest experience the amazing aroma. The bonus we receive as host and hostess? The "oohs and ahhs" from our guests. This dish is a MUST TRY!

    This was by far the best salmon dish I have ever had. It just tasted so good! It wasn't difficult to make, but I did char my cedar plank on the grill.

    I served this at a dinner party and received numerous compliments. Everybody at this party came back for seconds and asked for teh recipe!!

    I am from the NW and I loved this recipe I made it for my father in law a commercial salmon fisherman and he said it was the best salmon he has ever had !!!

    I used to live in Seattle, and really miss the local cuising. This dish really reminds me of going to Palisades, but I would probably use alder planks next time.
