I thought the dressing was too sweet and masked the taste of the lobster. Since there are only two other reviews, I would be interested if others found it to be too sweet also. Thanks. I am looking for a good seafood salad to serve for dinner parties.

After making this recipe twice I found that it was a big hit. It take time and money to make but it is only a salad so my advice would be to have someone else working on the main course while you prepare this dish
