My husband gave me the highest compliment on this one. He said, "This is restaurant quality." From him, that's a big compliment!
This was super easy to make and tasty. I used Feta. The Mediterranean Market didn't have the other Greek cheese.

This is a side dish...unless you accompany it with some sort of vegetable and starch. So good, I couldn't stop!

My husband is Greek, so I'm always trying to cook him Greek foods. The problem is that many of his favorite dishes are time-intensive (i.e. spanikopita, tyropita, etc.. I tried this dish, and he absolutely loved it! It goes great as a side dish with lamb or beef. The kefalotyri cheese is what makes it so good. It's also good reheated for breakfast!
