    This recipe needs to be cooked a longer time or/and higher temp. at 350 for 30 mins the potatoes are still raw... but sauce is very good...

    I had always wanted to find an easy recipe for scalloped pototoes since I was tired of doing it out of a box mix. This recipe was great-tasting and really easy to make. I'm no cook, so take it from me, for me to say that it was easy would be a godsend to other people who just don't like to cook.

    The potatoes were delicious but the cream sauce was a little dry. The volume of the sauce was also a little low, leading to the driness of the dish. Overall, though, it was very tasty and easy to prepare fast.
