This was very yummy and easy to make! It goes faster with two people doing all the chopping since I don't own a slicer.

Although this recipe tasted fine, it took much longer to cook than the recipe indicated. And the cheese didn't melt to a good consistency.

This is a very good recipe. The indicated cooking time does seem to be to short. However, oven temperatures do vary, so who knows. We ended up cooking ours for about 50 minutes at 375 to 400 F. It seems that you could use just about any kind of good melting cheese with this recipe including monterrey jack, white cheddar, Velveeta, Cheeze Whiz, etc. I also recommend using whole milk and not 2% or skim milk. Definitely a keeper recipe that lends itself to almost infinite possible variations.

I selected my potatoes and prepared them prior to making my sauce. the potatoes were too large, so I had to make two batches of sauce, and I may have need three. Also, with the additional size of the dish I had to cook this much longer than initially anticipated. However, once the potatoes reached the correct consistency this was a very good recipe.

The recipe was simple, which I liked, but it needed more liquid and seasoning. It also needed a longer cooking time than was indicated in the recipe.

This was good. I needed to add more seasoning since I found it bland. The potatoes where a bit hard so I think I could have cooked it longer. I made those potatoes as thin as I could and I thought I did very well in that department. I think maybe next time I will add some other flavorful cheeses to add more flavor.
