This is a great recipe. Tastes wonderful - everyone likes it. There is a lot of prep work involved in getting everything chopped up.

This recipe was very easy and yet very delicious at the same time. I am very new to cooking and an extremely picky eater. If I can cook this anyone can! My whole family loved it!

After watching Emeril Live I was so excited to make this recipe. However, the prep time was long, as well as the cook time. Could have just been oven temperature difference though. For all the work that I put into making dinner it was not worth it. The Fresh Tomato Sauce did not taste well. It left a bitter after taste. I ended up using canned tomatoes instead. I was just not please with the end result after all the work I put into it. Anyone else feel differently?
