By far the best satays we ever had. We only made the chicken not the beef. We made them for a family gathering and everybody commented how much they loved the satays (one ate 25 skewers. We followed the recipe to the T. We've been asked to make them again for future gatherings and parties.

This was the first thing gone at a bbq this summer, even before the ribs! Moist, slightly spicy and peanut sauce built in.

I used all chicken & marinated over night. We served it at a BBQ & everyone loved it. Even my husband who doesn't like peanuts & cilantro has requested it again. The marinade & grilling gave the chicken a nice "coating" while keeping it moist. I will make it often!

I was looking for something different for my parents anniversary buffet. I thought about a satay, but all the recipes relied on a dipping sauce for the flavor. This one cooked it right in. The flavors were really good. This was the most requested recipe from the entire buffet. I did pair it with a mango salsa and that put it over the top!

Ok, I'm not a pro at getting the marinade correct in regards to how liquidy it's suppose to be, but even so it turned out great! Skewering the beef and chicken was the most time consuming but well worth it when it was done! I will be making this again, but making the hubby skewer the meat :
