This dish is fantastic. My New Orleans native parents would be proud! I served it over rice which was wonderful; helped to soak up all the delicious sauce. (Also freezes well!

This was outstanding. The layers of flavor were amazing. For a little more anise punch, try using fennel seed ground in a mortar rather than the tarragon. Makes great left overs to take for lunch the next day also.

The recipe was wonderful. I used some homemade deer sausage which just made the dish great! I would highly recommend this it to anyone. All I can say is....BAM!!!!!!!!
