Easy, delicious, a crowd pleaser...this recipe is a KEEPER and make often...I think it will be great for dinner at home, dinner for company, and doubled or tripled for a covered dish supper, luncheon, anytime!!! Non artichoke loving three year old wanted three helpings...Yum...

We didn't hate it, but we didn't like it either. It was just very odd tasting. I still love Emeril!

Since we don't eat pork, we bought a chicken andouille sausage. It was wonderful! My husband really liked it and asked for it again the following week. I had to cut the recipe be/c it was just the two of us and it worked out just fine. I certainly will be making this again.

This recipe has fabulous layers of flavor. We throw in marinated artichokes for an extra "bam". This recipe's also addictive - husband craves it every few weeks. Thanks, Emeril!
