What a yummy recipe! I didn't have the fresh herbs and spices ~ so I had to use what was in my spice cabinet, but it was really a wonderful dish. I cannot imagine how much tastier it would have been with the freshest ingredients!

I love to make this recipe - it's easy to adapt to what my family preferences! Whenever I make it for the relatives they think I've slaved for hours.

My guests loved this dish, although I made a couple of modifications.
(1 Used a Shiraz because I was already using white wine with the other dish.
(2 Didn't bread the chicken. Instead cut into small pieces, coated with Emeril's seasoning and stir-fried in olive oil.

Love this recipe. I made it for my mom, who's not a big tomato-based pasta lover, and she adores it.

Yummy! I make this at least once a month at our house. It's the best cacciatore recipe I've found.

I really enjoyed this recipe even though I used regular canned mushrooms and dried herbs instead of fresh ones. Although next time I will drain some of the oil out of the pan before making my sauce, it turned out too greasey. But I will definately try again.

I Have tried Several Chicken Cacciatore Recipes, but Emeril's is far and away the best!!!!! My In-laws raved, and raved, about it.One word describes this dish, Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

I underestimated this tasty dish. I thought it seemed at first look too simplistic and probably average. It is the best Chicken Caciatore I've ever tasted....so far. As another reviewer said, it tastes even better the next day. This is the third Emeril dish that I've used his Essence Creole Seasoning and appreciate the formula to make use.
