This was absolutely perfect. Time consuming, but well worth it at the dinner table!

I've been eating chicken cacciatore my whole life. We prepared this with a nice Italian dry white wine and a variety of mushrooms, absolutely perfect.

I love cooking but I'm not a chef. I love trying different recipes a lot. This dish made me a chef!!!!! And most of all, it's easy!!!! I can't believe it! This is so flavorful and spices and kicks are just like coming out from restaurants!!!! My husband and I just enjoyed the taste like when we go out. Thanks, Emeril!!!

I substitute boneless and skinless chicken thighs for the whole chicken. I serve this for large crowds - the chicken is always fork-tender and gets raves!!! Easy to eat at an informal setting without the bones.

I've made this numerous times for my wife and its a wonderful dish. the sauce rocks! I used four bone in breasts rather than a whole chicken. This is the best cacciatore recipe we have found. The leftovers are even better the next day! Thanks Emeril...

This chicken cacciatore was bland in flavor and the chicken skin didn't taste very good breaded. I am going back to my mom's tried and true recipe.

We enjoyed the creamy rich sauce mixed with the crunch of the walnuts. A winner.

Wow. This was amazing. I didn't really expect the punch (slight spicyness/kick in it but it was wonderful. I will make it again in a heartbeat. It's worth your time, and is actually easy to make.

I made this and my family hated it. I'm not sure what happened but it was too sour...you couldn't taste anything but the wine. Will not make again.
