My hubby and I both loved this recipe and the leftovers are even better! The only complaint was that the chicken is soooo tender that there are many bones found in the sauce (if you consider that a complaint : Will probably use boneless breats and thighs next time.

This was a huge crowd pleaser. I doubled the recipe for a large dinner. It came out very well, filled the house with a warming aroma all day. The breaded chicken made a huge difference. The sauce was terrific. No change necessary to this recipe, it works as advertised.

This recipe was very easy to make. It does take some time to make but it is well worth the wait. The taste is very deep and rich, everything you would expect from a cacciatore!

The food was delicious. Had the house smelling good all day Sunday. I could have fed 6-7 people with this recipe, instead I have plenty of left overs.

This was a good recipe. I think the pancetta made a difference in the flavor at the end. This recipe does make a lot though!! Another good Emeril recipe......Thanks!

Just a wonderful recipe. The kids loved it. No leftovers, I might have to double it the next time.
