I loved the pork chops. I only had bone in chops so I just cut the bone off. I had 5 chops and 6 probably would have used up all the breading mixture. I didn't have any baking powder for the breading but they still turned out great! I'm not big on sausage but I used it anyway and the flavor of the sauce turned out great!! I also used instant mashed potatoes with some butter milk instead of regular milk and they came out great!!! I have already referred this to 5 of my friends and family! Thanks!!

This tasted exactly like the dish my great-grandmother (we called her BigMa used to make! It was perfect.

Good chops and good gravy...I've made it twice and I prefer it with less than eight ounces of sausage.

I only used the pork chop recipe, but it was so easy. The chops were crunchy and tender. I had dinner ready in half an hour.

Excellent pork chop and gravy recipe. Yum! Quick and easy. Alsok the pork chops are great for picnics, which I have when my guests go horseback riding through the mountains. I'm always looking for new ideas. Thank you!

I made this in the spring so it was a little heavy. I also love the suggestions on this page. I did it on the grill in a large cast iorn skillet with 2 table spoons of oil and then baked instead of frying. The gravy was great and the kids loved it. (kept the leftovers for biscuts and gravy the next morning.
