    This dish was wonderful I would give it 8 stars! I will make this again and again. The potatoes were great too, but I made them with whole milk. A must try!

    This was fantastic! I did not make the mashed potatoes & I used bulk sausage in lieu of andouille & used fat free saltines, which I find a bit crisper than the regular. I loved the pork chop coating! Wonderful! I'd definitely make this again.

    I have made these pork chops about once a week now for over 2 mos and my family just loves them!!! I have not tried the gravy, just the chops! So easy and takes hardly no time at all! Another keeper!!

    I just tried this recipe and I LOVED it! I modified the "essence" slighty due to the ingrediants that I had but it still rocked. I would definately recommend it and plan on making it for the rest of my family.

    This was my first attempt at pork chops, and they turned out great. I added some garlic to the buttermilk mashed potatoes for a little extra kick. The leftovers were just as great.
