WOW, my husband and I loved this! Instead of regular mushrooms, I used exotic mushrooms which were awesome in this recipe!

Hands down the best recipe I've tried on food network. Possibly the best recipe I've tried period. Make sure you caramelize the mushrooms (brown the edges. I add a shot of bourbon or brandy and flambe' the mushrooms towards the end of cooking the mushrooms, before I add the marsala. YUM

This is a KEEPER. I cook the chicken as hot as I can without burning butter/oil. Take out and make the rest. To add some veggies I just put broccoli in the pasta water, then toss all together. One suggestion, make MORE of the sauce. Its soooo yummy.

So good and so easy!!! Forgot the butter at the end and didn't think it was needed. This will be my "go-to" recipe if I want to impress guests!

Delicious and easy... My two favorite things. Used half of the butter and was still delicious. For leftovers I added water when reheating to thin out the sauce... Was better then day 1,
