I just made this recipe for dinner and it was so hot and salty that my family and I could not eat it. I threw it out and ordered pizza. I was about to write a horrible review when I looked at the recipe again and saw my error. I missed the part about using only one tablespoon of the essence seasoning. Instead I used it all! While measuring the spices I kept thinking boy that's a lot of salt, and a lot of cayenne, etc. I will make it again and make it correctly. Signed "The Dork"

This recipe is delicious and has become one my go-to meals when I don't have much time but still want something awesome. The ingredients are basic enough that I always have them. We don't love mushrooms and so I normally leave them out, but it still tastes awesome!

Was tasty... I added a bit less butter, and some cream and cornstarch and thickened it at the end.

This was delicious and easy to make.
I just want to add, that creole seasoning is delicous. It takes some time to grab all the spices and mix it up but it was worth it. Of course, I had plenty leftover from the batch i whipped up. So I have put it on vegetables, on top of pasta, on pretty much everything - chicken...it's so yum.
I have tossed the spices with broccolli or peppers and roasted them in the oven. SO delicious!
It really amps up the flavor a lot!

My family loves this recipe. I serve it over vegetables and whole grain rice that I make with 1/2 the liquid. I put the vegetables and rice on a baking sheet then place the chicken marsala on top and pour the liquid over. Cover with foil and bake at 250 for 30 minutes. The rice finishes cooking with the marsala sauce.
