Easy to make but I doubled the sauce so there would be enough to put over the rice I served with it.

This recipe was phenomonal and better than any restaurant I've ever had Marsala in. I added even more mushrooms to it, just because they suck of the sauce so well.

This recipe was so easy to make, I just followed the directions and it came out perfectly. It even tastes like a chicken marsala that you get in a restaurant. I didn't make the essence, like they said, I just laid out the flour and added the spice right in and mixed the flour up. (I justed eyed it.
I highly recommend it, if you want a fast recipe.

I made this last night for the first time, and my husband luved it. He said it was better then the chicken marsala at our local Italian Restaraunt. (he doesnt hold back the punches on food
I cooked the chicken in a little garlic. Also, you can buy emeril essence at a local store instead of buying all of the ingredients for it!
