    I made this for the first time this week. Awesome stuff. As an aside, I brined my chicken breasts in a solution of water, salt, sugar and a little balsamic vinegar. I left out the chives and added fresh parsley. The meal was juicy and delicious. My wife freaked at how good this was. It was easy to make as well!

    THIS RECEIPE IS SO EASY TO DO, AND SO FLAVORFUL IT HAS BECOME A FAVORITE FOR BOTH MY FAMILY AND GUESTS. THE MIX OF MUSHROOMS GIVES THIS DISH A SPECIAL TOUCH.

    I have two year old twins and an 8 week old baby. This was very easy to make and my husband and twins ate it all up. Very good! Thanks Emeril!!!!!!
