    YUM. MEE. Easy and delicious. First time making chicken marsala... followed it to a "t" and it was wonderful.

    I have tried several different recipes for chicken marsala and always come back to you emeril!! The only change I make is to add a splash of cream at the end to make the sauce richer... I feel like it makes a huge difference.

    I love this recipe! I use Old Bay, because I'm from Marylaand and I use 1/2 cup more wine. I do sometimes add the chives to the oil/butter mixture. All ways are tasty and easy. Then add you cooked spaghetti to the sauce and serve!

    Delicious. I will totes make this again. (I made it just as written except 1/4 the amount, and I substituted in a little bit of smoked paprika for regular paprika in the spice blend.

    This is one of my go to dishes when we entertain for more than 20. It is great! The key is the Marsala wine that gives it all the flavor. It will be a hit.
