Followed directions using 7 cups of milk. It was thickening, but clearly the 7 cups of milk is way too much. I now have a runny mess, a ruined meal and wasted ingredients.

After reading other reviews (thanks everyone I cut back on the milk (5 cups instead of 7 cups and increased the cooking time to 50 minutes with a rest time of 25 minutes.

Total time took longer than I expected, but had tasty results. I used a little extra salt & pepper to taste.

This lasagna was the hit of the party. Not one piece left. Worth the effort.

This was incredible....really time consuming, but really worth the work. Definitely cook with a friend....Oh, and the cajun seasoning is phenomenal--we use it on all sorts of stuff and even made another batch of it.

This is very easy and delicious, also can be presented elegantly to any guests!!!! I couldn't read any rate review because of some technical difficulties, so, I actually felt nervous. Then, the result just made my family day!! Thanks, Emeril!!

This was a good recipe not a great one. It did not set up for me even letting it rest for 20 minutes. I would have rated it lower, however, the party I took it too, several really liked it. I prefer Giada's Chicken Tetrazzini. It has the wow factor and sets up great.
