    Tried layering cheese ravioli instead of the lasagna noddles, very good but agree very rich as a main dish. Chicken really didn't add anything - next time will leave out chicken and add more veggies for a veggie lasagna type side. Will definitely make again.

    I made this for a potluck yesterday. The recipe was very easy to follow. I thought it turned out to rich for my taste but it got rave reviews from alot of the other guests. I will make this again for parties but I wouldn't serve it as a main course at home (only because it is so rich. It made a very large lasagna perfect for a crowd.

    After seeing Emeril create this wonderful dish this morning I was inspired to make my first ever lasagna. I was intrigued because it wasn't made with a red sauce. I didn't know you could do that! I stayed true to the recipe (it was fairly easy but I couldn't leave it alone. I added glops of pesto throughout the lasagna and kicked it up another notch with creole seasoning when I served it. The family gave it rave reviews.

    This dish is so creamy and full of flavor. It is just as good as our favorite italian restaraunt, plus we will have plenty of left overs or soem to freeze for another time.
