    I love this recipe, the perfect way to cook chicken breast w/o drying it out. This is the best.

    Very tasty! I did not use the celery seeds. There was plenty of celery flavor from the celery leaves and pieces. To save prep time, I made the chicken breasts the night before. Lots of great flavors in this.

    MMMM goodness! for leftovers I added crumbled cooked applewood smoked bacon and diced avocado seved on Large Romaine leaves.

    I've already made this recipe 3 times--once on the avacado halves as a snack, once on sandwich rolls for kids' lunchboxes and once with shrimp substitution served on white belgian endive leaves for my cooking group appetizer. Everyone involved LOVED it!!

    awesome! made it today to bring for lunch. the taste is really good. the only things i would change next time is to cut back a little on the mayo. maybe just use 2/3 cup instead of a full cup because it was a lot of mayo. Another possibility would be to make it with 2 1/2 pounds of chicken to cut down on the mayo. but again it tastes awesome regardless
