    The chicken was very good. I added carrots and onions to the mix after browning the chicken along with the garlic and wow what a flavor profile. The white wine helped steam the chicken to perfection and once you put the chicken and wine
    sauce over rice it is to die for. I added more salt and pepper than required but it was worth it for the taste. Can't go wrong with olive oil, salt and pepper. Very good with jasmine rice and green beans!

    Great flavor - and the roasted garlic is a great bonus with crusty bread. Be sure to brown the chicken well or you'll have a very blanched looking chicken.

    i love emeril's recipes usually, but i found this one to be lacking in flavor, which suprised me considering all the garlic. it came out well cooked, and juicy, but it didn't taste like very much at all.

    I cooked this recipe for my parents, and they both love garlic. I wasn't sure if it would turn out good since one doesn't shuck the husk from the garlic, but not shucking the husk turned out to make all the difference in the final outcome. My parent's loved it, though my father said, "should have had more garlic in it." Thanks
