    It's slightly more time in the kitchen for me than one of my usual recipes, but with practice, I'll get faster. I had my neighbors over the one time I made this and they've been begging me to do it again. The salsa just ties this dish together, it's a must try recipe.

    This was time consuming but well worth the effort. If you plan ahead a little and do all of your cutting or even char your peppers the day before it will save time. This was by far one of the best recipes for Chiles Rellenos I have ever tasted.

    This is alot of work but well worth it. my family loved it. instead of rock shrimp we used our local mayport shrimp. was fabulous.

    These were so tasty and worth the effort. The whole family loved them!
    Just remember when he says to blacken the chilis, he means BLACK!!! They don't peel very well unless they are black.

    I made these for Valentine's Day and they were superb! I'm back to print the recipe again so I can make them for guests this weekend. They are time consuming, so you must plan ahead . . . definitely worth it!
