    My Mother in law from Peru, South America is visiting us in the states. She is without a doubt the best cook in South America. Thanks to this recipe she thinks I'm a great cook. What I love about these wings is you can re-heat the left overs and they tast as good as firstly cooked, if not better. Just pre heat your oven to 400 and let them heat in some foil for about 20 min. Thanks Emeril for another Great recipe!
