Excellent! Made these for Easter dinner and they never made it to the table. We ate them all after church for a snack. Bam!

This is a great different spicy deviled egg. Or a devil of an egg. Living in Santa Fe, I am always looking for a new way to sneak a chili into any dish. I didn't have Emeril's Southwest spice mix so I just put in a pinch of each of them except for the oregano and the chili flakes. Added a little chopped tarragon and type instead and used the chili flakes on top as a garnish. I left out the pickled japs. I prefer to focus on the Chipotle peppers instead. My husband voted these the best deviled eggs ever.

I had never made deviled eggs before even tho I love them. For me, it was kinda difficult and I wasn't very good at it. That being said, the ingredients in these eggs were so awesome that it covered the fact that my eggs looked sort of messy. These were soooo great tasting, spicy and flavorful. I took them to a party last night and brought some home for breakfast this morning. Wow!

These are a wonderful alternative to regular deviled eggs! I wonder if the reviewer who commented on how many spices there were and how gritty and disgusting the eggs were used the whole recipe for the SW seasoning. I can't figure out how 1/2 teaspoon of the mix of spices would make anything gritty!

These deviled eggs are absolutely the best I have ever had! I didn't even like deviled eggs until I decided to try these. This recipe is 5 star...a winner!!!

I made this because the reviews were great, and I wanted to try something different. This has so many spices in it, it is grity and totaly disgusting. I couldn't even stand to eat the whole egg. I have tried many recipes on foodnetwork, some very good and some not so good and I have never left a review, but this one I just had to leave a review on. I followed the directions to a T, but this is the most awful excuse for a deviled egg I have ever had the displeasure of trying!

I made these this weekend for a big party and they flew off the plates! i added a little extra chipotles and jalapenos because i like them a little spicier. garnished with a slice of jalapeno on each egg. awesome!
