    This pie took some time to make...The filling tasted great and I loved the bits of cookie pieces...The crust, however, seemed to be missing something. Maybe next time making the cust with just the cookie instead of the grahams. Also, the crust did not hold together...maybe more butter...Still yummy though!!!

    I made this for Easter. It is a bit time consuming but well worth it. I made my own changes to the recipe -- I did not have Kahlua so used Baileys....and I also chose to NOT add the Oreos to the cream mixture. (I wanted a smooth chocolate cream filling. The crust was thick enough with the cookies and graham crackers. Wow!!! My family absolutely loved it. It melted in your mouth. I will make this recipe again and again! Thank you, Emeril :

    I have looked for a chocolate cream pie recipe that was good enough to serve for a holiday dinner. This one is amazing! My whole family loved even my son who is a chef!

    This has got to be one of the BEST Chocolate pie recipes out there. This rates up there with my mom's Famous Chocolate candy bar pie(similar to one on this site that the family digs into around the holiday's. My husband loved it and has almost devowered the whole pie in less than 24hrs. This is an outstanding recipe!
