The crepes for this recipe were delicious! The crepe is like a thin brownie.
A friend and I made them for fun. In total from beginning to end (prep, eating and clean up it took 1 hour. However for the filling we used whipped cream- made from scratch and bananas. To garnish we put chocolate curls- which I had never made before. They're simple to make and a nice finishing touch to an indulgent breakfast.

I've made these several times for different occasions and each and every time they have been a hit.

My husband usually makes these for me for mother's day. He is out of town this year so my 11 yo ds and 9 yo dd decided to make them for me. The kitchen was a disaster but the crepes were fabulous!

Not sure what happened here... my crepes not only were gummy, but tasted horrible. I reviewed the recipe, and made sure I did everything right... but they were so wrong! I made 3 crepes, threw them and the batter out, and used the strawberries for a different dessert. Oh well.

Yes, these are absolutely delicious and taste like they came from a Gourmet Restaurant. They took a LONG time to make, but it was well worth it! I recommend putting 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla (where it says to add Vanilla to the filling but doesn't say how much as that's what I did and it worked out perfectly and they are just the most decadent crepes ever!

I made these crepes for my mom for Mother's Day, and she loved them! The presentation was wonderful, and the taste was beyond incredible.

The recipe contained mistakes. For crepes, the directions said to add butter; however, ingredient lists does not include butter, it does include vegetable oil. Also, for the filling, said to add vanilla, but this was not included in the ingredient list; therefore, did not know how much to add. Overall, the crepes tasted good and went over well at my party. They were a lot of work to put together and required some planning ahead.
