I thought this recipe was simple to do and the outcome was awesome! I made it the night before and refridgearated it overnight. The next day I brought to school and everyone loved it came out perfect:

I made this pie for a romantic dinner for New Years Eve 2007. I baked the pie the day before, it seemed easy enough so I gave it a shot.

I've never had a pie come out like this.

The pie came out looking very good, but when we took a slice, it was nearly not sweet enough, nothing like a custard and was indeed burnt at the top, even though I follow all the baking instructions, and baked it for the total 55 mins and the prebake of 15 for the shell.

This really needs to be reviewed, if your going to try it, tweek it.
