I am not a fan of dark chocolate. Can you make a recipe with no fruits and milk chocolate?:

The fondues were great and easy to make, however I am a BIG dark chocolate fan and it tasted too bitter. To counteract this I poured another 1/4 cup of heavy cream heated until warm and then added about 5 tablespoons sugar. Mix and heat until the cream simmers. Then mix into the original.

Again, I love plain dark chocolate and I used the best, but it was much too bitter. Perhaps this is why other recipes call for adding sugar. Ironically, I chose Emeril's because I was afraid the others would be too sweet. Oh, well . Live and Learn!
