This mousse is better than any restaurant mousse I've ever had. It's so easy to make and absolutely delicious! Instead of Grand Marnier I used Baileys and a bit of Kahlua. Absolutely delicious! I can't wait to make again. Thanks Emeril!

Made this yesterday for a Bastille Day party. What a hit! If you aren't a huge fan of Grand Marnier, I'd suggest cutting the GM in half.

I like that this is so rich, but not too sweet. Excellent without the Grand Marnier, too. I add a touch of cinnamon to mine. This is easy to make and guests will love it.

The texture of the mousse was great once it set. Although I thought it had an after taste that I wasn't a huge fan of. Not quite the right chocolate flavor I was looking for, although I love emeril's recipe's. Two of my friends tried it. One loved it although she did mention an aftertaste. The other though the liqueur was too much.

This is a great dessert. I've made it a few times now. This time I substituted the Grand Marnier with the zest of one orange and the feedback I got was very good.
