    These little profiteroles turned out beautifully, I filled them with the orange and vanilla pastry cream rather than ice cream and they were gorgeous.

    I have tried other profiterole recipes and have had better results. These were good but did not puff up to the perfect shape like most of my profitorole recipes do. And this one had so many steps! Not necessary!
