I really liked this and even was a hit with my six year old. My husband loved the kick that the chorizo sausage provided.
Rather than making guacamole, I just sliced fresh avacado and had it on my taco. Yum!

Made as is. Next time will add queso blanco as a garnish and will add cilantro as garnish rather than mixing into the chorizo.

No more beef tacos in our house. My husband and I loved these. I just served them with sour cream, cheese and fresh pico de gallo and some Spanish rice on the side. Yum.

These are a nice alternative to the regular ole taco night. I served these with pico do gallo and black beans and rice. I will no doubt make these again!

These tacos were so yummy and simple to make! Two thumbs up!! My family commented that they tasted so authentic. We will definitely be making them again.
