Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds small new potatoes, cooked and halved (unpeeled)
  • 1/3 cup finely minced onions

Directions

In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise with cilantro, garlic, salt and 7 turns black pepper. Add potatoes and onions and toss to combine thoroughly; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.

    I whole heartedly agree with one of the other reviews. I thought is was too simple to be that Good! It is so very tasty. I have to stop my family from eating it before bringing it to a cookout.

    This is one of the easiest recipes I've come across, and the flavors is outstanding. It's a must have for every family picnic.

    I blended everything in the blender except for the potatoes and onions.
    I poured the blended sauce over the warm potatoes and onions.
    Then Iet it cool in the fridge. Received RAVE REVIEWS!
    Even tastes BETTER the next day!
