This was delicious and absolutely picture worthy. I was looking forward to leftover ham for breakfast but unfortunately there wasn't any.

The whole family love this. It was easy to make, and the glaze just made the ham very, very moist.
Would definitely make again. It makes a gorgeous presentation. Everybody wanted some to take home.

This is the third time that I am making this recipe. It takes time to prepare, but it is worth every second. It is "off the chain" good.

I made this yesterday for our family New Year's Day dinner. It was really great! The presentation was very pretty with the fruit and cinnamon sticks and the smell was wonderful. The ham was very juicy and our family couldn't stop commenting on how good it was! In response to Charlotte from Miami...I wouldn't worry too much about how much OJ he used on the show. The more juice you use, the more glaze you have. I did use more than the 1/2 cup the recipe called for since our ham was larger (12lbs, but not quite the amount he used on the show. Thanks for a great recipe Emeril!!

1/2 cup of orange juice? He used mre like a quart than a half cup. As he said he was using a cup of orange juice, he poured in the entire contents of a pitcher that had to hold at least a quart.

I haven't made the recipe yet. But when it differs from the show so greatly, something is wrong, IMHO. Has anyone made it using the orange juice amount shown on the TV show?

This is beautiful with an amazing aroma and exceptional taste. We forgot the sage leaves, but my husband had a great time using his garage sander to make points on the cinnamon sticks for easy piercing. We probably cut them a bit short and had to use skewers to help hold the citrus on. Definitely a recipe to repeat.
