    The lemon and oranges on this ham packed a mouth full of flavour and kept the ham juicy and sweet! Can't go wrong with this recipe! It was great!

    Ham was incredible and juicy with amazing flavor. Usually made the cola hams, which we love, but this is now my #1 choice. The kids love helping with the oranges, lemons, and bay leaves. Thank you Emeril, for another great recipe. There were no leftovers, and my home smelled like heaven while it was baking. Next year, must get bigger ham.

    Fantastic glaze. We left out the citrus with cinnamon sticks because we didn't have them and, we forgot to use the bay leaves too. The glaze was great. The hot sauce was an unusual addition that really cranked it up a bit. "BAM"
    We'll definately make it again and again. Thanks Emeril!!
