    this took a bit of time, so be prepared. It is really unique, and I thought it was very tasty. My husband ate it and said it was ok, but not being too adventurous (and this is definitely a unique concoction, he wouldn't really want me to make it again.

    This was just awesome. I hate to gush, but it was simply the most wonderful fish dish I've ever had. Somewhat of a company dish, and a lot of work, but well worth it.

    I really enjoyed the Pompano and the crust. I would have left out some of the sugar in the sauce. The flavor was good but very rich and a little overwhelming.

    Although I couldnt come across pompano, I used swordfish. This really is one of the best recipes Iv tried. Definitely use fresh grapefruit juice, as it yeilds the best color.
