    Loved this recipe, so did my husband! I stuffed the chicken with fresh mozzarella and added a few other spices and parmesan to the sauce and it was awsome.

    This recipe is fantastic! I loved the smoked mozzarella cheese. (Something I never would have thought of trying The sauce was so tasty. I used the Amorosa tomatoes because I couldn't find the Romanita, they worked very nicely, even though a bit pricey.

    The chicken itself was basically your classic chicken parmesean (very good, but the sauce - HOLY MOLY!! Absolutely fantastic, my new favorite pasta sauce. I can't imagine wanting to make any other pasta sauce again, can't wait to use it for spaghetti and meatballs.

    I made this dish for my family. My kitchen smelled so.. good while the sauce was roasting. Took a while but was well worth it. Everyone loved it.

    This was an easy and tasty dish. The cheese and sauce were light yet fulfilling. Great for quick week night meals.

    Although there are several steps to this dish, it's easy to fix. I used regular mozzarella since our store doesn't carry smoked. My family loves it!
